Housing Dates & Deadlines Calendar

Fall 2026:

Move-In Dates:

• First-Year and New Transfer Students: Residence halls open by appointment on Sunday, August 23, 2026.

• Continuing Students: Residence halls open from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Refund Deadlines:

• September 1, 2026:
  – Last day for a 100% housing refund (minus the daily rate for those who have already checked in)
  – Last day for a 100% meal plan refund (minus any usage)
  – Final day to add, drop, or change a meal plan

• September 8, 2025:
  – Last day for a 50% housing refund

Move-Out Information:

• Students must move out of the residence halls within 24 hours after their last final exam or by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, December 15, 2026—whichever comes first.

Move-In:

• Residence Hall Check-In: Monday, January 18, 2027

Refund Deadlines:

• TBD:
  – Last day for a 100% housing refund (minus the daily rate for those who have already checked in)
  – Last day for a 100% meal plan refund (minus any usage)
• TBD
  –Last day for a 50% housing refund

Important Housing Deadline:

• February 1, 2027:
  – Housing Selection Deposit due for current residents who plan to return for the next academic year

Move-Out Information:

• Students must move out of the residence halls within 24 hours after their last final exam or by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 11, 2027—whichever comes first.
