Mercer Learning Commons, Angelica and Russ Berrie Center for the Performing and Visual Arts, and the Sharp Sustainability Education Center. The area is a short walk away from the Bill Bradley Sports and Recreation Center.<\/p>\n<p>The twenty-two three-story buildings of the Village house 520 students. Apartments feature four single bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a full kitchen (full-size refrigerator\/freezer, microwave, and stove) with counter seating and a pass-through window to the dining area\/living room.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each bedroom includes an extra-long twin bed and mattress, a desk, a desk chair, a dresser, and a wardrobe\/closet.<\/li>\n<li>The Thomases Commons is the area&#8217;s central building and community gathering spot, which contains the area office, laundry room, student mailboxes, vending machines, a ping-pong table, and a lounge with a cozy fireplace.<\/li>\n<li>The area contains outdoor seating around each quad.<\/li>\n<li>A barbecue area is present outside of the Thomases Commons.<\/li>\n<li>Each bedroom door and apartment door is accessed through the student&#8217;s ID card.<\/li>\n<li>The Village apartments are eligible for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/reslife\/specialty-housing\/#s3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alcohol Allowed Housing<\/a>. The laundry room is open 24\/7. Recycling dumpsters are located behind buildings 1, 7, 11, and 13. Alcohol is not permitted in any student housing during Winter Term, Summer Housing, or any interim\/break periods, regardless of age or housing assignment. Updates may occur throughout the semester as approvals change.)<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2107\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"18pv5kk\" data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2131\">Application Process<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2209\">To become Alcohol Allowed Housing, all requirements below must be completed:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2687\">\n<li data-section-id=\"7tsih4\" data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2283\">Each resident of the suite who is 21+ must complete the Alcohol Allowed Agreement<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14oefnx\" data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2406\">Once all required residents have completed the agreement, residents must email their hall office confirming completion<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x6ro85\" data-start=\"2407\" data-end=\"2491\">Hall staff will place an Alcohol Allowed Agreement in a holder immediately inside the suite door<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"obqtcn\" data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2577\">Residents are responsible for ensuring the agreement remains visible at all times<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"116e1xm\" data-start=\"2578\" data-end=\"2687\">Staff will review the request and, once approved, place an official Alcohol Allowed sign inside the suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2843\">The agreement must be posted before alcohol can be present in the suite.
